In our Penthouse project, we embarked on a mission to harmonize expansive living spaces with the breathtaking panorama of the New York City skyline. With ceilings that seemingly touch the heavens and vast windows framing nearly 180 degrees of city allure, our challenge lay in curating an environment that felt warm and cozy without compromising on the grandeur and elegance of the aesthetics.
To infuse a sense of coziness into the vast spaces, we meticulously curated multiple seating areas adorned with a Minotti collection of low-profile furniture. Texture became our best friend as we adorned interior walls, creating a tactile feast for the senses. At the heart of the living room, a bold statement emerged in the form of a striking TV wall adorned with Nero Marquina marble slabs and dark oak wood. A focal point that harmonized the space with the majestic skyline beyond.
Dining in Splendor, Lounging in Luxury
Adjacent to the panoramic windows, a dining area fit for great gatherings took shape, accompanied by a cozy reading nook that embraced the city views. An airy crystal Siemon and Salazar chandelier delicately suspended above the dining table. Adding a touch of ethereal charm, enhancing the ambiance without eclipsing the New York City views. The SieMatic kitchen, a masterpiece of modern design, beckoned with its seamless blend of wood, stone, and metal. A space where culinary dreams for any aspiring chef come true.
From the main living space to the private sanctuaries of the bedrooms, a seamless transition was ensured through modern crown molding and exquisite brass and crystal lighting from Jonathan Browning. Even the powder room underwent a transformation, adorned with floor-to-ceiling Sugar White marble slabs and mirrored walls to elevate and expand the look. An epitome of clean sophistication and spacious allure.
