This unique and historic four-story brownstone received a full gut renovation. We redesigned the home for a modern living while retaining its historic character.

The owners wanted a modern, highly functional space with all new amenities. They specifically asked for vibrant and beautiful colors throughout and with nods to the historical nature of the building.

We meticulously planned every detail of this brownstone, curated and planned to be worthy of a magazine feature. We leveraged striking blue velvet color furnishings, vintage marble fireplaces and paneled walls throughout to give it that period feel. Our inspiration came from trips to Paris, London and various locations across Europe. Stunning plaster ceiling medallions, refined furnishings, textured wall treatments and beautiful moldings throughout will transport any guest to their favorite European retreat.

Bathrooms got special attention with carefully curated marble mosaics partnered with modern marble slabs. In the master bedroom and breakfast banquette we dressed up the walls with custom wallpaper panels created in Paris.

Throughout the home we created built-in cabinets, designed by KMG interiors and manufactured by some of our local cabinet makers. In every space of this home function met beautiful design.
