This waterfront new construction condo in NYC is transformed into a perfect getaway space for the elegant and bad ass boss owner.

For the entryway, we created a dramatic, dark and sexy space to immediately set the tone as you step into the condo. The entrance was wrapped in dark, wood slatted wall treatments with smoky crystal and brass lighting. We wallpapered the hallway ceiling in a smoky gray color to bring further texture and interest to the space.

In the main living space, we carried through the wood tones from the entrance, created custom built-ins that are both visually beautiful and highly functional with extra storage For seating we selected a low profile, taupe/beige sofa to complement the color palette. Behind the sofa we added a functional counsel with tucked-in, green velvet ottomans for additional seating. For the master bedroom, we carried through the color palette from the living room and the same slotted wood wall treatment from the entryway to make the space cohesive. A custom upholstered headboard and bed, elegant and modern dresser and nightstands, luxurious window treatments and bedding as well a crystal hanging bed lamp with a touch of femininity to finish the space.
