Transformation of double ceiling height loft into elegant, sophisticated and serene condo.

In the foyer, we used a darker color palette to welcome guests and give the space a moody and elegant feel. Immediately to the left, we created a dark tone office, complete with custom cabinetry, soft layered lighting and stunning wallpaper to make the home office a place you want to come to work every day.

The kitchen is modern, clean and elegant. The Marble counters and soft white cabinets make the space feel bright, airy and elegant. To make the space functional and luxurious we designed floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry. On the side a custom marble wall and a waterfall island elevates the elegance of the space. The large island seating invites guests into the cooking experience and connects the cooking and living spaces effortlessly.

In front of the island we created functional and elegant dining and lounging spaces, perfect for gathering and entertaining. We leveraged substantive wall art, mirrors and spectacular custom cabinets and shelving to define each space. For the living room, we created a glass and wood bar illuminated with soft LED lights on each end and a a ten foot marble clad wall with a fireplace and TV. This built-in not only defines the space with sophistication and elegance but it adds functionality and interests to the entire space.

The main bathroom also got a complete transformation. We transformed the space with floor-to-ceiling travertine slabs, a custom quartz wrapped vanity and a wood built-in with storage, carrying over the same wood palette from the living room to create cohesiveness. Matte black fixtures and a starfire sliding glass door finish this space beautifully.
