This amazing modern duplex condo received a modern and timeless makeover.

Originally, the front living space was divided by an industrial glass wall that made the space feel small and cramped. We opened up the space by removing this wall and adding custom moldings and soft taupe color paint, giving texture and softness to the entire entrance. In the corner we added a custom made banquette making the space functional and beautiful.

On the opposite side of the duplex there was an empty room with white walls and a fireplace. We transformed the space by adding a custom gray marble fireplace with natural walnut wood built-ins on each side to provide a focal point, adding storage and a perfect bar for entertainment. On one side the beautiful bar tucks away with retractable doors. When opened, it reveals a striking high gloss green interior with a dark smokey mirror on the back. On the other side, slatted walnut walls anchored by sleeves with brass strips make this built-in a unique and special piece.

The room was finished with a textured silk wallpaper, a custom made sleeper sofa that seats 11+ and a pop of green in the form of a comfy swivel chair. The unique and elegant design will be enjoyed by this family for many years to come!
