Custom built-in cabinetry does the quiet work, holding the rooms together and giving every wall a purpose. Lighting was the real project: layered to shift the loft from bright mornings to low, warm evenings without a single harsh corner. A family room earns its keep three ways, as study, TV room, and guest room, with a custom Murphy bed built into the cabinetry for stays that stretch past a weekend. The home feels made, not assembled.
